The 17 is lefty friendly with an ambidextrous slide stop and user reversible magazine release. Glock upgraded the Gen 5 with their new Marksman barrel which uses enhanced polygonal rifling and modified crown for improved accuracy. The trigger was enhanced with a smoother pull, crisper break, and more positive reset than previous versions.
